What i did was download and installed the windows7 version of the program within the realtek site (' Realtek') then i closed the utility and i changed the 8187.ini with this line below.
i found a fix by someone ('msimango')(' Realtek 8185 wireless connection problem in w7 圆4') who had made it to work with his RTL8185. I had my RTL8187L working already in windows 7.
